If these questions are on your mind – and whether you are a seasoned Ambassador or just getting started - then our first Open Hour of the year is made for you.
Project co-ordinator Emma Koubayssi is hosting a very special session of our monthly online community event later this month to kickstart your 2026 volunteering.
Meet our guests, SSERC’s Aileen Hamilton & Rebecca Hands
For this “Ask the expert” session, we welcome Aileen Hamilton, national partnerships manager at SSERC and Rebecca Hands, STEM Ambassador administrator.
With over 30 years of experience between them, Aileen has been instrumental in the STEM Ambassador programme since its inception and Rebecca currently works to support volunteers with their STEM activity.
Based at SSERC - the official STEM Ambassador delivery partner in Scotland – Aileen and Rebecca’s wealth of knowledge make them the perfect people to help you navigate your volunteering journey.
A closer look behind the new dashboard
During the session, we will look at how to make the most of the updated reporting dashboard – and answer all those nagging questions.
We know that while our Ambassadors deliver incredible experiences for young people, tracking and demonstrating that impact can sometimes feel like a challenge.
Feel free to bring your own experiences – the good, the bad and the ugly – to share and hopefully find those answers.
